An estimated head count and a deposit of 50% based on that count is required to reserve your date. A final headcount and final payment are required 5 days before the event.
This is the count guarantee and we will prepare food for this many guests. Our portions are generous and usually allow for seconds and more.
However, if you have lots of really big eaters, or the food will be left out all day for munching, or, if you expect last minute RSVPs we advise you to add 5% to accommodate them. The extra food is yours to keep.
We will accept headcount increases up to 72 hours before the event. After that our ability to accommodate increased headcount will depend on the availability of your selected menu items.
Substitutions may be required and additional charges could apply.
For parties collecting from individuals we require that the host collects checks from the guests and uses one check to pay the entire bill. Cash is always welcome.
A gratuity of 15% will be added to the total bill before tax.
Credit card transactions under $50.00 will be assessed a 2% fee to offset the cost of processing the transaction.
